Our students have been admitted to
The families behind the results. In their own words.
I wasn't looking for someone to rewrite my essay. I just needed someone to tell me why it wasn't working. That made all the difference.
Ethan C. · Yale · Admitted, Class of 2025Early Action was stressful. Having someone actually respond when things came up made a bigger difference than I expected.

Senior counsel, not a call centre.
Fifteen years of admissions experience. Built for the way students apply now.
Experience that reads like an admissions office.
More than 15 years and 500 students across the UK and US. We know how a file is read, what makes a reader stop, and what they skip.
A process built for this cycle.
We track each school's rules every year, including its AI policy, and adjust the plan to match. Nothing is run from an old playbook.
A plan shaped around the student.
One senior strategist who knows the whole file, a written plan, and clear next steps every month. No templates and no hand-offs to junior staff.
I certify that all information submitted in this application, including my essays, is my own work.
Every Primrose student can check this box honestly.
Book a free consultation →Four stages. A person owns each one.
Free consultation and audit
It starts with a free 30-minute call. If we are a good fit, a senior strategist reviews grades, activities, school list and timeline, and tells you plainly where the application stands and what the coming months need.
Discovery interviews
Long conversations with the student to find the stories only they can tell. The voice comes out in conversation with a person.
Drafting with human margin notes
The student writes every draft. Strategists respond with questions in the margin, never rewritten sentences. Every draft is logged in the Authorship Record.
Final review and submission
A final read for voice, specificity and fit, a check against each school's own AI policy, and a calm, on-time submission.
The universities haven't changed.
The rules for getting in have.
This cycle, admissions readers check one more thing: whether the words are really the student's. Here is how we protect that.
Before you answer,read the policy.
Yale, Columbia, Brown and Georgetown all prohibit AI-generated application content.
Every parent is Googling this.We wrote the answer.
Read our Authorship Standard →Dear Applicant,
Thank you for your application. After careful review, the committee is unable to offer you admission.
In particular, the committee noted concerns regarding the authenticity of your written materials.
Don't let this bethe sentence.
One flagged essay.One closed door.
Human strategy. Documented authorship. Zero AI-written words.
Our strategists guide the thinking. The student does the writing.
At Primrose, AI never writes, rewrites or outlines a student's work. Our strategists guide the thinking. The student does the writing. Every draft is saved, so if a college ever asks, the full writing history is there.
How we use AI, and where we never do
Policies differ by school and change each cycle. We check each school's own rules before anything is submitted.
Too generic. What did she actually say to you?
“Count the change twice, Noa. People lie, receipts don't.”
We don't rewrite. We ask better questions.

What parents ask us first.
What happens in the free consultation?+
It's 30 minutes on Google Meet with a senior strategist. We look at grades, activities, the school list and timing, and tell you honestly where things stand. If we are a good fit, you get a written recommendation and quote within 48 hours. There's no obligation.
When should we start?+
Ideally in 10th or 11th grade, so there is time to shape activities and summers. Many families start in the summer before senior year. We also take on seniors mid-cycle when there is enough time to do the work properly.
What does it cost, and what is included?+
An Application Audit starts at $250 and is credited to any package. The Essay Track starts at $2,400, Senior Comprehensive at $6,900, and multi-year Signature planning for grades 9–11 at $15,000 per year. Every package includes the family portal and the Authorship Record. After the free consultation we send a written recommendation and a full quote within 48 hours.
Who actually reads the student's essays?+
A named senior strategist who knows the student's file. Every note in the margin comes from that person, not from software.
How involved will I be as a parent?+
As involved as you want to be. The parent portal shows progress, deadlines and next steps at any time, and we schedule regular check-ins with you so you never have to ask the student for updates.
Do you work with families outside the US?+
Yes. We work with families on four continents, all online, and we schedule around your time zone.
Do you use AI? Where exactly, and where never?+
AI never writes, rewrites, outlines or translates anything the student submits. We use data tools for college research and the portal for deadlines and reminders, and a practice tool for interview rehearsal. The full breakdown is in our Authorship Standard above.
Could working with you get the student flagged?+
Our process is built to prevent exactly that. The student writes every sentence, our feedback comes as questions rather than rewrites, and we check each school's own AI policy before submission. Every draft is saved, so the writing history exists if anyone ever asks.
What happens if a college asks about the essay's authorship?+
The student can show the Authorship Record: every draft, in order, with the strategist's questions beside each one. It is the clearest evidence that the work is their own.
How is this different from a private consultant, or from ChatGPT?+
Compared with ChatGPT, everything here is human and nothing we do puts words in the student's application. Compared with a private consultant, you get the same senior expertise with a documented process, a portal where nothing gets lost, and a written record of authorship.
The right application starts with a conversation.
